Within IMAGO SENSIBILIS / IMAGE MENTALE, Narongdech Suksai chol’s Thai Puppet stages a passage between dimensions: a traditional puppet—once animated in space—reappears as a spectral figure on the pictorial surface. Suspended between material presence and mental projection, the image oscillates between body and memory. Rooted in Thai cultural narratives yet rearticulated through a contemporary visual language, the work unfolds as a fragment of imagination where the visible becomes a site of transformation.

Dans IMAGO SENSIBILIS / IMAGE MENTALE, Narongdech Suksai chol, avec Thai Puppet, met en scène un passage entre les dimensions : une marionnette traditionnelle réapparaît comme une figure spectrale sur la surface picturale. Suspendue entre présence matérielle et projection mentale, l’image oscille entre corps et mémoire. Ancrée dans les récits culturels thaïlandais mais réinterprétée à travers un langage visuel contemporain, l’œuvre devient un fragment d’imaginaire où le visible est en transformation.
